“Do what you love, love what you do, and with all your heart give yourself to it.” ~Roy T. Bennett

About Me!

Hi! My name is Kendra Borgen. I'm originally from Rockford, Minnesota.

Professional Life: Currently, I am a fourth year student at North Dakota State University double majoring in Interior Design and Psychology. My goals in the upcoming years are to graduate from the CIDA accredited program NDSU has to offer, and pursue work in residential or commercial design. Why Psychology? I am very interested in how elements of design can affect the brain and how we feel and think. By pursuing this on top of Interior Design I believe my designs will only benefit through research and well thought out plans.

Personal Life: My passion in interior design stems from my close relationship with my parents. My father, himself, is an upholsterer who works in close conjunction with Interior Designers all over Minnesota. Growing up being surrounded by this influenced me to pursue this career path. During my free time I enjoy spending time with friends and family doing everything and nothing at all. I also enjoy anything to do with crafting and reading basically any genre of book.
